It’s been a busy few months here at Samantha Hypnotherapy. This time of year is all about helping my clients to full fill their new year’s resolutions. It has been particularly busy with the majority of my clients needing help to lose weight. I am pleased to say that that they have all done brilliantly!
Many clients that come to see more for the free consultation are somewhat sceptical about the whole process, but by the time I have finished with them are usually hugging me in amazement after they see the results that hypnosis brings.
One client in particular was pretty blown away by the effect hypnotherapy had on her. When she came for the consultation she was very sceptical and nervous about the process. After taking some detailed notes from our consultation I established that this lady didn’t ever cook in the evening and would eat junk food instead of proper meals, never exercised, ate lots of sweet foods and carbs!
After her first session she was in total shock (infact so was her nephew) that on that Sunday she was cooking up a storm of healthy meals to be freezed for the week ahead. By the time we had got to our 3rd session she was not only exercising in front of the television on her cross trainer but had so much energy that she was blitzing the house and doing the gardening (something that she never did). Even her colleagues at work had noticed a difference in not just her organisation (as they could now see her behind her desk and not hiding behind the mountains of paperwork) but her mood too.
As I explain to a lot of my clients: hypnotherapy has a positive domino effect on your life, once you positively make one change the rest will follow. If you want to lose weight, starting with weight loss hypnotherapy can be a great way to start.
