Samantha Hypnotherapy is based at Lenham court, a magnificent Grade II* listed building, set within 18 acres of beautiful gardens and grounds.
I offer an initial consultation for just £45 for you to come along and explain what is troubling you. At this session I will ask you several questions about your problems, when/where they started/how long etc to enable me to get the best possible outcome for you from the treatment. By gathering as much information as I can, I will then outline a treatment plan giving you an idea of what I am planning to do at each session. Sometimes the treatment plan can change along the way as we make progress. Quite often once you start to feel better in one area, naturally all of the other areas fall in place.

At the consultation I will give you an idea of how many sessions you are likely to need, explain how hypnotherapy works and how it is likely to make you feel. It is my aim to help you feel comfortable and at ease with me and to assure you that together we can seek the positive change that you are seeking. I will also answer any questions you may have.
It’s only natural that you may be feeling a little nervous or apprehensive about what to expect when we first meet for the consultation. With this in mind you are more than welcome to bring your partner or anyone you feel comfortable bringing. *I can assure you that once you have met me and shared your issue you will walk away feeling like a weight has been lifted and looking forward to starting treatment.
Hypnotherapy is such a relaxing experience, I often refer to it as a massage of the mind. To reflect this I have done my best to create an environment at my clinic that has a calming and relaxing feel to create that inner peace to compliment your therapy. At the end of each hypnotherapy session you are more than welcome to go into the room of relaxation, help yourself to a drink and relax before you carry on with your busy life.
If you haven’t experienced hypnosis before it’s only natural that you will have lots of questions which I can answer at the consultation. I promise I can’t make you dance like a chicken and certainly won’t wave a watch in your face.

Samantha Bowden
Having suddenly lost my Mum due to a smoking related illness, I had such a strong passion to want to be able to help other people to give up this life threatening habit. By training to become a hypnotherapist I did just that and have never looked back. I am passionate in all areas of my profession and would love to be able to help you.
I trained to become a hypnotherapist with one of the UK’s largest therapy and counselling trainers – Chrysalis.
At Chrysalis I gained a diploma with distinction in hypnotherapy and counselling skills, a qualification that has been accredited by the Royal College of Nursing and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.

Lenham Court is situated just off the A20 and can be accessed from Junction 8 of the M20.
Exit the M20 at Junction 8 (Leeds Castle turning) and join the A20 towards Ashford. Pass through Harrietsham. About 500m beyond the Texaco service station (which is on your left) turn right into Ham Lane (signposted Lenham Storage).
Take the 3rd road on the right (Old Ham Lane), go over the small bridge and Lenham Court is 500m on the right.
